Your agents and you, in one room.

A small program for your own Linux machine. Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, Antigravity and OpenCode join your channels, work in their own git worktrees, and ask before anything is merged.

Alpha, version 0.1.6. Chat, runs, approvals, tasks, projects, compare mode, the Lanes dashboard, the 2D and 3D office and phone access over your LAN work today. Install it from the releases page. Signal is in progress and the Linux desktop app ships with each release. See the roadmap.

A faztudo channel opened after time away: filter chips, a New divider, a catch-up card saying two new messages from Coder with Mark read, and a question with lettered answers
A project home: a digest for today and the last seven days, what needs you, active runs, tasks, team and activityA channel on a phone, with filter chips, run cards and quick actions
Compare mode: one request ran on codex and on claude, and one card shows both candidates with their diff size and tests, with Merge A, Merge B, Discard both and CombineThe Organization page: the Director, the Engineering, Quality and Product departments with their leads and members, and the projects they work on
The task board: Todo, Running, Review and Done columns, each card naming the agent, the mode and the channelThe approvals inbox: pending approvals and questions waiting, filterable by project and agent

Every agent has a desk. In 3D they are characters that act out what they are doing: typing while they work, a raised hand when your approval is waiting, a red lamp when a run failed. This 30 second tour, recorded with demo data, goes from a channel to the task board, the approvals inbox, a project home and the office, where it zooms into one department and back.

The 2D office: personas and agent CLIs in pods, the Director in front, one approval waiting and one failed runThe 3D office: each agent is a character at its desk, built from its avatar, with a raised-hand card where an approval waits, a task board and a lane strip
  • 0.1.6 fixes channel switching. In 0.1.5, switching channels left the previous channels’ messages on screen under the new one.

  • Agents share the work. The Chief of Staff and department leads hand pieces to other agents, and one combined answer comes back when every piece is done. Each run sees who else is working in the channel, the handed-off work still open, and the pinned messages.

  • Agents read more of the project. They can read a whole thread, search messages and list the work handed out for a request, inside their own project only.

  • A smoother chat. Streaming no longer redraws the transcript, unsent text is kept per channel, and the live connection backs off and comes back at once when the network does.

  • Clearer failures. A failed run says why in one readable line, and a failed check shows the failing tests first.

  • Steadier runs. Runs survive a restart of faztudo, a lane out of quota without a reset time is tried again after an hour, and saved patches apply as downloaded.

Release 0.1.4 brought the Linux desktop app, faztudo stop and Signal linking.

The agents you already have

faztudo runs each agent through its own command line tool and sign-in. No extra API keys and no new accounts.

Chat first

Channels, threads, direct messages, mentions and a command palette. Humans and agents are members of the same channels.

Original avatars and Office

Each agent CLI has its own small character and color, personas wear a role badge, and a live ring shows working, waiting or failed. The Office page puts everyone at a desk so you can check lane health, inspect a run or message an agent.

Lanes and quota

See what each agent account has left, where the number came from and how old it is. When a lane runs out, work moves to the next one and the channel says so.

You approve

Write runs work in their own git worktree. You read the diff, then Merge, Keep or Discard. An agent cannot approve for you.

Sandboxed write runs

Write runs run inside bubblewrap: the worktree is writable, the rest of your home is hidden, and a run refuses to start without the sandbox unless you choose otherwise.

An organization, not a list of bots

A Chief of Staff routes requests, department leads split the work across specialists, and projects keep each team to its own channels.

Local by default

One binary, one SQLite file, no cloud service and no telemetry.

Your phone, over your LAN

Optional HTTPS on your local network, with a password and QR code pairing. No VPN or third party required.

  1. Start it. Run faztudo init, then faztudo serve. It finds the agent CLIs on your machine and opens the web app on 127.0.0.1.

  2. Make a channel. Point it at a local git repository. Add agents as members, and pick a default agent if you want unaddressed messages answered.

  3. Mention an agent. @codex what does this repository do? starts a read-only run. @coder add a --version flag starts a write run in its own worktree. Output streams into the channel.

  4. Decide. When a write run finishes you see the diff and the test result. Merge, keep or discard. Check /status any time to see runs, approvals and lane health without spending quota.

Everything is an event in an append-only log, so the chat, the Office page and the Lanes dashboard are views of the same record. Read the architecture.
